Ovid's Metamorphoses

I'm a recent PhD graduate, having written my dissertation on "Archetypal Characterisation in Ovid's Metamorphoses" at the University of Cambridge (St. Catharine's College). I'm originally from Indiana, USA, but I did my B.A. at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy. I have been obsessing over ancient Rome and drawing comics since I was 9 yo or so. I am thrilled to draw my favourite book into a graphic novel. I use a Wacom Intuos Pro tablet to draw the comic digitally. I am a (mostly) self-taught artist (you can probably tell), and I am trying to improve my drawing all the time. In addition to looking for an academic job right now, I hope to launch other comics- and classics-related online projects in the near future...
